Firing Sirianni would not be a mistake, but the right thing to do - just as it was the right decision to fire Pederson. Not only has this Eagles team been playing bad all season, despite being 11-1, he completely lost the locker room. The wins we got was thanks to individual talent (Swift, Brown, Smith, Hurts). There was no offensive scheme all season that helped them out in any way and that never changed. Despite being so figured out that 49ers players could call our plays before they happened, Sirianni - who repeatedly said this is his offense - was both stubborn and uncreative enough to not make any changes. No motion ever, no hot routes, wrong personnell on critical plays throughout the season, not playing to the team's strenths, abandoning run plays despite them working, ... the list goes on and on. Now I don't know if Sirianni was the one who made the call to make the change from Desai to Patricia, but he certainly didn't do enough to oppose it if he didn't. That was the final nail. Desai did not do a great job, but kept making great adjustments at halftime (kept KC scoreless in the 2nd half against us). Patricia was atrocious from his first snaps to the last. Sirianni has to go, and with him the entire defensive coaching staff and aside from Stoutland everyone on the offense. It's time to clean house.

Yes and: those early season wins were mostly nail biters where someone on the team had to play hero ball just to beat a sub 500 team. Also, both head coach and player interviews have shown the coaches deliberately changing nothing tactically and trying to convince both players and the fans that it was working despite struggling constantly

His trash wasnt working and he just continued to bang his head against the wall even a four year old could tell you that chucking the ball down field on short yardage and having nothing over the middle against a team that blitzs all game is a good idea. I think I have a good explanation for the Cowboys kid, in a Packers family. I think he played pop warner football and was placed on a Cowboys team. I know a lot of kids, growing up in LA, who developed their fandom in this manner because LA had no teams. Having your own jersey and helmet are strong influences, especially if your are a stubborn kid. This kid felt like he was on the real team and wanted to stay loyal.

It was in the early 2000s, Sammy Sosa was my favorite player, and it felt right to be a Cubs fan. I was a fan of the Cubs for some time before coming to my senses and being a Brewers fan. They just got outplayed. They weren't well prepared for the type of offense the Twxans were running. You could see it in how they reacted to each play. They got confused and latched onto any movement which they usually got punished for.

I would actually *love* Baker to the Broncos. As a fan of an NFC team but also a fan of Baker, I want him to go back to the AFC so I can root for him without worrying it's going to screw my team over. Then add in the idea of giving Sean Peyton a QB who's been compared to Drew Brees throughout his career, and the possibility of a Mahomes-Mayfield rivalry...yeah, it would be fun. Unfortunately, at this point there's no way Denver's getting him on a bargain like Tampa did last year. Tampa will almost certainly make him an offer, and given the added advantage of stability, I think a team would have to SIGNIFICANTLY outbid Tampa to pry him away, and a cap-crunched Denver team may just not have the ammunition to do so.

As an Eagles fan, most of us pretty much knew they were gonna lose. That's the big difference between us and Cowboys fans. I literally saw one guy make a KZbin video acting all mopey and sad about their loss and yet the next video he was laughing with a shit eating grin as if our loss was worse. Eagles fans know when to face the facts that when your team is 1-6 in the last third of the season, you ain't going anywhere, even if you were 10-1 at first, that's just falling off fast. Meanwhile, Cowgirls fans had their hopes up for like... the 10th year in a row, thinking they were going all the way. But literally everyone knew what was going to happen, as it has been nigh on 3 decades since they've last won their division Championship, much less a Super Bowl.
