As a result they now have to go through extra steps before they can sue someone for defamation/liable in American courts. That's why they don't do it as often anymore. The worst thing he did was steal peoples wives and sleep with minors. A terrible thing yes. His followers were brain washed by his 7 seals, but they didn’t want to leave him. Nobody did. It's the only way out if town, in my area, so it was really creepy to go through there. I watched a documentary about it which is how I found out. @shawnferguson56812 жыл бұрын
His deeds were undeniably awful, but most of his victims were dead by other causes before Gein got ahold of them. The dead are not a demographic capable of complaining or voting, their living friends and family represent their hypothetical interests. I don’t know how many people Gein actually killed or how much suffering he inflicted while doing so, but I agree hearing about his lampshades and skin suits makes me nauseous. Can you imagine if the nerve endings in those skins were still functioning? Gein inspired more horror movies than anyone else on this list!

History teachers are dissuaded from teaching that part of history because the more carefully you study that era, the more likely you are to see that the story of the Civil War we've been taught is woefully incomplete and misleading. I've been studying it independently and been shocked at the things I never heard. Let's just say there was a lot more than slavery going on.

8:23 There is a video on Corpse Husband's channel, I don't remember which, but there is a narration video he has, where he recounts the perspectives of a couple who went on a hike in a mountain range East of Provo, Utah, and came across a body bag. They fled the area, and they didn't learn of anything else about the event until years later, when Ted Bundy was asked if he was ever almost caught. Bundy recounted his version of the same events, and it turned out he hid in a tree to avoid being seen. After the couple fled, he waited for a while before escaping the area as well.

Sim Moke wrote a book, "My War on The Miller Creeks". Though the tribe he hunted down might have been a monstrous cult, he described switching from a rifle to a handgun so that the gore and blood didn't kick back on him as he finished off the last survivors of the tribe that had hidden in a cave. The last line of his book reads, "I have never slept so well as I have under the blanket I made from the scalps I took from the women and children of the Miller Creeks."

Ive seen every documentary and special lol he was the most average, bland, cog, sandwich with just bread and bologna with a glass of milk ive ever seen lol dude was mumbling and fumbling over words, forgetting and skipping details. He was just the typical depiction of the "standard American" , they WANTED him to be innocent, not that he swayed him. It is what it is and im sure alot wont like it. Ted Bundy is the physical representation of "white privilege". If he was latino, you think they'd let him use the bathroom by himself AND give him a few hours before checking on him? If he was black, he wouldve been shot on sight off the first escape, but THREE TIMES!? and people were STILL protesting his innocence? I cant think of anything BUT white privilege

@@enricorodrigues-castragran7810 I think you have a point. These killers who “fool” people by giving a false sense of security are more innocuous than they are Brad Pitt.
