One suggestion for the smoothie is instead of ice (watering it down) just use a frozen banana (it keeps it cold and makes it so creamy and smooth. I started using frozen bananas and never went back to regular ones

I use coconut milk - rlly creamy, not watery, and you can't taste the coconut. Also I've found that using vanilla nut pods makes it not only creamy but taste, duh, like vanilla and it's so GOOD 😄

I just realized we live a similar routine. I learned that making my bed every morning makes me feel so much better, i usually only wear make up when i am going out/on the weekends or to a nice dinner. Also, I only shampoo my hair every 7 days depending on my workouts. UGH!! can we be best friends!? lol thank you for this great content!!

Brushing your hair is really good for your hair. When you brush it, it "wakes up your roots" so to speak, and it stimulates hair growth. Also, its really good to wash your hair more often when putting things in it such as hair spray. Just a few tips, not trying to hate because i love you and your channel and im just letting you know these things Because you are trying to make your hair healthier.

A suggestion for your hair. There’s this amazing New Zealand brand called ethique that do shampoo and conditioner bars (And other things) They are a sustainable and organic company. I’ve been using them for a couple of months and highly recommend looking into it if you’re interested. They’ve just started selling their products at some targets in America this week 😊
