Whether you're doing RV life or van life, the realities of full time RV life are often very different than what's portrayed online. Although we always try to stay transparent, some things simply don't make the cut or the "edit" so to speak because we think they might not be as interesting to you guys.
But after we asked our subscribers what they wanted to see more of, we were surprised to hear that the every day behind the scenes RV living stuff was actually something of interest! And whether it's performing maintenance and repairs on our car and rig, dealing with avoiding the snow and frozen hoses, avoiding steep grades, cooking our own meals, exercising and working out, time spent at RV Parks...it's all part of our life on the road and we LOVE it!! We LOVE western MT. We also love what you did with this ep. It is an honest look at life on the road...cooking mostly at home, long drive days, working out any way ya can. Catching glimpses of the Gallatin River as you were driving thru toward Big Sky made us wanna go back. Nothing beats a warm hose. Cheers y'all!

Get better wipers and you should always be in tow mode when towing. Safety above all kids. If your defroster sucks, try changing your cabin filter. It might be dirty and be impeding your airflow.

Thanks so much for your videos! I'm about to buy my first camper trailer. I'm a lil nervous because I haven't been that active sense the pandemic and I've spent alot of time in my condo in N.J. I'm starting to just want to get out and explore our Country like u both are doing. I hope I really like it. I just sold a property I owned to be able to do this for a year. I've watched alot of your videos and I really appreciate all that u do! Hopefully I'm as happy as u both after I hit the road!! Be safe!!

Hey Marc! Best advice is to always be under budget and have a solid financial cushion. We started with a used lower end travel trailer instead of a fancy one just to get the feel for things! We loved the freedom to be able to move from place to place, and with such low and manageable lifestyle costs! Hope you love it too!

I really enjoyed the behind the scenes! It’s fun to see the “real life” behind traveling. Especially knowing what to expect when we plan to travel. One thing I would LOVE to see is some home cooked meals that go best when traveling. :) Keep up the great work! Appreciate the videos ❤️

The reality video was great! I’m sure it took awhile (forever maybe) to put together but it was well done and very entertaining. You mentioned in the video a guy with a clipboard…When I was a young FF, my Captain gave me a life lesson. If you want to look important, grab a clipboard. If you want to look busy grab a clipboard and a pencil, point at stuff using your pencil and pretend to write stuff down. No one will bother you because you look important and already busy😀

One thing you can do to improve your car’s ability to create heat is to get some cardboard and place it in front of the radiator. It doesn’t need to cover the whole radiator to help. But you can start with that and experiment…
