Hi! Your favourite mental performance coach here! From a mental standpoint, I think you did a good job seeing each shot in terms of sticking with routine. One thing that really hurt you was the course management. Ask yourself how many pins you went for in that round. What's tough with golf is that it's easy to execute the game plan physically and mentally in the first 6-12 holes but by the time it's hole 14, for most of us we've lost the game plan completely.

i appreciate the advice but i think what hurt me was hosel rockets and snap hooks😂

Great video! Man those views were epic, right? Wasn't the best round, but looks like you guys had fun out there which is what it's all about. I always try to keep that in mind when I'm blowing up a round 🤣 Which happens frequently... like when you birdied 1... I'd be like - "oh yeah let's go!" then I'd bogey the next four... but it's supposed to be fun so I never let it get me too pissed off for too long. Then a few beers on the patio and figure out what to do on the range/green to get better 🤣 Keep it up guys! love these videos

Yes the views were incredible!!! Patio beers are mandatory to break down the round after hahah

I like when you say your yardage and club choice, helps understand your mind set before the shot

saying it actually helps me commit to the shots aswell!

At 9:26, your back-swing and follow through on your practice swing was elite. Go through it in slow mo. Literally, perfect take away, perfect top position and perfect lag and follow through. If you could swing that as your actual shot, dude....

hahaha you actually have no idea how frustrating it is for me to watch my practice swings on camera because i agree they look great. Then i get over the ball and everything goes away😂😂

Ye club comes outside path very early when he actually hits it. Getting the perfect takeaway is tuff

yeah theres a lot i'd like to fix with my swing lol

I think the advice if you can’t chip it putt it” Is for competitive golf, and then you would go practice your chipping.

The greens must have been really like glass plates.
@AgainstThe-Grain9 ай бұрын
the greens where a little bit slower than usual as they were recovering from aeration but normally they are incredibly pure!!
@wolfgangkehrer6189 ай бұрын
@@AgainstThe-Grain was just asking as no ball would stick when you hit any green. Maybe that's normal at your golf course

@@wolfgangkehrer618 yeah actually still not too sure why they weren't checking like usual! We played there for a week and i still couldnt figure it out hahaha
