Gospel of Jesus Christ John 3:16 For God So loved the world that he gave his only Begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not Perish but have Everlasting Life. Jesus Christ Died for the sin of the World, If you believe in ur heart God risen Jesus from the dead and confess him with ur mouth to people you shall be saved. Jesus said I Am The only way to heaven there is no other way! Repent of urs sins (Repent means Change ur Mind turning away from sinful things and being truly sorry for it.) trust Jesus and give ur life to him He Loves you cares about you more than anyone ever will! we are saved By Grace Trough Faith!,this is sin: Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death but the gift of eternal life in our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23 For all have sined and felt short of the Glory of God. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1:18-21, 23 KJV Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 REPENT OR YOU WILL PERISH REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL GET RIGHT WITH GOD LORD JESUS CHRIST.

@@TheBeauChateau I cant even imagine the courage and spirit it takes to accept this challenge, just know that even trying is inspiring. Thank you! Isn’t it crazy how chateaus can be left to rot?! We saw an absolutely stunning chateau just abandoned because the foundation that received it won’t bother to maintain it and won’t sell it for a reasonable price. It’s actually a problem here
@Bamboule05 Жыл бұрын
Yes, I've seen some breathtaking srchitectural gems, abandoned because the owners moved away, died without heirs or the heirs can't decide wether to sell or not, the gouvernment can't maintain them all. At least the labour costs of the rennovation is fairly reasonable in France. It's ridiculously high in the uk, and in italy it's cheaper but the workers don't know what they are doing.

I’ve asked my Habibi to buy us a Château in France. He said it was very expensive to maintain, and they needed a lot of work, not to mention the taxes are extremely high because of the acres of land that come with a Château. He said he'd rather we travel the world, which we have already started. We are on a mission, looking for a beautiful villa in Italy with old-world charm on the Amalfi Coast, in Positano, and in the Cinque Terre. It's time for a change. Thank you for all the information. You guys are so forthcoming and honest. Thank you for sharing so many intimate parts of your day to day. You both embody what contemporary stewardship of these places is. The grandiose lifestyle of the previous owners died in the 20s. At the beginning of this series you mention that sometimes the right choice is the hard choice. I find it a thing of providence that you studied about sustainable culivation and that your respective fathers' professions were house painting and stone masonry. This is the best explanation of the costs of chateau life. The UK chateau renovation TV series make things look relatively idyllic in spite of the hard work. Some of the other YT owners are transparent about their costs, but the information is piecemeal. I have noticed that all the channels I watch are scrambling (more than usual) to afford heat this year. When you said "renovation costs an additional 1000/sq.m" above the purchase price - that's the kind of detail people really need! Also, French bureaucracy baffles US people: we don't see a Mayor = Planning Department here. The mindset needed to do big works is completely different from the States. Thanks for this!

I love your relaxed and genuine vibe and love watching your videos. Although I may never own a Chateau at my age (I've owned 2 beautiful homes in France in my 30s/40s) I still found this extremely interesting! I'm renovating a small "casetta" in Tuscany instead ...it's suits my age and budget better! Bisous et bonne chance! 🥰🤗💐

I just fell in LOVE with your home, such a beauty. I am looking for buying a chateaux and on early ages of researching but I am going to need a lot of videos like yours to watch as this is exactly my path to follow. And you two like acters and actresses just fit the life style. Bless your hearts:)

Very informative, thank you so much. My son has purchased in northern Italy, I will begin renovations in the spring after we get approvals from the municipality. I have a couple of friends that have homes in Bordeaux. I look forward to spending more time in France soon.
