Thank you ladies, I really enjoyed this episode. Jackie has definitely just turned a few cogs in my brain regarding how to supply social housing and the importance of relationship building with housing associations. Thanks 🙂

Great video, I'm so glad I found your channel. Definitely something I intend to invest in when I get started next year. I'm also interested in properties for people with disabilities because there seems a dearth of suitable housing; have you any content on this?

Thank you. Best of luck with your plans. You might like to watch the episode with Guy Harris if you want to explore developing properties for people with disabilities.

Lisa great episode. QUESTION: what wording should a provider make sure is written in the contract with landlords (as there is an element of subletting involved)?

This is too complicated to explain in a simple comment. There is lots of information to get you started on my website www.Lisabrown.uk

Hi great vid, fellow Landlord here, I'm just trying to understand why you would go down the single let route to social housing as rents are relatively low, I understand that the maintenance is done by them, but if you are having to pay higher rates to borrow, surely the HMO version would be a lot more viable, or renting to a family yourself and potentially getting a much higher rent and lower mortgage fee!! Many thx am I missing something 🤔

Hello, it’s a bit too complicated to explain here but there are ways work with providers and local authorities to get rents to stack on single let’s but it can be challenging. Do have a look at my website snd what we do in Supported Living Property Network www.supportedlivingproperty.uk
