Really appreciate your balanced approach with pumping and not wanting to cut our dairy or soy. Such a good example to set that your mental health and progress with eating are crucial and shouldn't be sacrificed. Recommend donating, we had friends who used donated breastmilk for their baby and it was a good experience for them!

I'm so glad that your postpartum experience with Roman is going so well! Definitely something ive been nervous about. For me the transition from 1-2 was waaaay harder! But mine are 14 months apart so I had a 1 yr old and a newborn 🙃 I love it now but definitely a nightmare at first!
