Offline market employees are very hardworking people they explain each smartphone features to normal non technical person with so much interest. But if you notice whenever you want to buy rather oppo and Vivo that retailer try to divert you to oppo and Vivo because these two brand have a strong root pregnancy in offline by giving much agressive margin and other brand ing support too by thi retailer have some soft corner for these two brand. If we say regarding Xiaomi offline price is always higher then online retailers are always confused between those prices of we calculate offline delar can match the online price but retailer are don't have so much time to calculate and other hand the green and blue brand their price is constant and if any problem in price there is a offline manager who can resolve the problem.

Offline stores are perfect if you know nothing about tech - just stroll in and let the all-knowing salespeople tell you what you need, even if it’s completely wrong! Take my experience at Croma: I couldn’t find the phone I wanted, so the salesman’s genius solution? “How about a Vivo or Oppo?” Like that was going to change my mind. But when I asked him a few technical questions, he just looked blank and walked away. Incredible customer service. Why would I ever bother with that when I can shop online, get exactly what I want without the attitude and and can avoid the profound wisdom of these half-trained sales guys. Plus, Amazon’s customer service actually helps!
