I lost 40,000 rs during big billion days sale . I ordered graphic card but got scrap delivered. After 20 days of customer calls they refused to return my money. Flipkart is a scam website. Better buy from company website or physical stores, and completely avoid big billions days sale before Diwali.

bro i baught tv fridge ac laptop everything from flipkart all the things are perfectly working and in new condition. but all the customers need to be aware while delivery happen. check the product properly. take your time if you don't like it simply reject parcel.

@@myabhi7700 bro that is the basic problem.. the delivery agent of flipkart are very rude and always in a hurry.. most of them are dishonest. I myself had bad experience while exchanging old phone.. Most of the time the delivery agent (both amazon and flipkart) won't allow you to check your product peacefully and take the OTP and go away !

Flipkart par agar new product 30-40% kam price par milte hai to Agra apke pas kude me fekne k ya haram k Rupye ho to hi risk lena. kyu ki Scam hota hai. Mere sath hogaya hai. mene 850 vala ek color toner mangaya tha 560 me mila par bulkul tuta hua used or non working. Replace kardiya par dusra bhu old hi mila. Abhi Dusra chal raha tha to mene fir complain nahi ki. Scam flipkart nahi uspe jo seller merchant hai vo karte hai.

I always recommend amazon or agar jyada mehangi product h to buy from official site or local stores. Or fir kahte he Indian brands ko support kro.
