I don't begrudge them enjoying playing even though they're bad, but the fact that people spend money to hear this makes me sad as a musician--when so many real Orchestras world-wide are going under.

Portsmouth Sinfonia was pretty bad, but it was professional player who swapped instrument with each other. ^^ So at least they were able to play their normal instrument. ^^ But yes this is pretty horrible to listen to, but it's more a joke than a real orchestra (like the one in this video).
