The rear wheel hub bearings on the trolley were broken and repaired again

For that small loss of fit? I'd think hard about repairing it with a Loctite product or possibly even JB Weld. If it ever needs repair again (unlikely) then machine out the old race and do it again - or replace the housing, they can't be all that rare.
