Xinqiu E with Sac sword is actually really powerful, not only high level talent but also 50% damage increase when you use E spell while Burst is active cuz his C4, the enemy is also always have pyro aura that makes it possible to vaporize all 4 of XQ E. His damage is not that high because I bet even tho he got good substat, the set is focused on burst damage. Sadly there is no set that increase all of XQ damage outside of +15% element+18% attack generic combo (compared to 50-75% on burst cuz of emblem) and with just Bennett buff and vape (no sucrose) my XQ E could hit 80-100k but other than this enemy who always have pyro aura you can only vape one of XQ E attack. That said even without reaction hitting 30-50k/hit should be doable making the sac sword 4 hit E comparable to Chongyun burst damage on reverse melt. XQ is one of the best 4 star character (alongside Bennett) for a reason.
