This is spot on. It's like men are attracted to women and in normal society, talking is the only way to have get to know each other and interact somehow. My perceiving of this has changed since I started going to social dances. It's a completely different way of interacting, much more fun, you can flirt and build sexual tension while dancing and touching her, or you just don't if the interest isn't mutual, she doesn't have to like you, you don't have to like her, nonverbal communication is the base here.
