Good place for retiring, cuz the nature is awesome. But how to live there without normally society? Philippines is a poor country without normally education system, without normally managment. I hope that enlish like a govement language will make development in the future. Cuz the almost all scince content is on English.

Philippines have a good standard of education many nationalities like korea chinese Japanese etc study english in Philippines mostly african indian studied medicine in Philippines Philippines is a developing country now mostly people can speak and understand english
