I like people who are willing to put themselves out there and try something. One such person who comes to mind is Tyra Banks. She helped break racial barriers in the modeling industry and also created her own foundations and altruistic enterprises. It took courage to make those efforts at times when everything was against her succeeding. The saying goes that one cannot win if one doesn’t play the game. I admire people who take risks along that line.

She has excelled in every aspect of her career, always evolving! I wrote a compelling, essay about Tyra during my Undergrad. She is such an inspiration! Tyra is my idol because she is a superstar who truly LIVES her life to the fullest. She tries everything, pushes all her talents, learns whatever she needs to learn and GOES for it. Most people never go for it but Tyra does. She is so driven, she will never miss an opportunity. Tyra is probably one of the rare people who can die and say "no regrets"
