Excellent video. My coach has been telling me for ages that as soon as the ball is in play the swing will change. I assume that the same applies to playing on the course, where all of the best intentional swing thoughts count for nothing when you want to hit the ball where it needs to go. The brain is so complex, so any drills on overcoming it over the ball will be appreciated 😊

So I hit four balls in a row some weeks ago as a drill, and they were so butter crisp perfect striked. I’m at a journey now to found out what I did right. This tip along with your video about hand path is something I look into now, It felt so effortless and loose, I must get that sensation back in my normal shots!

Intention is a very important thing, but I never thought about it in relation to hitting a golf ball. It will be interesting to see where you take that concept from here!

No! This idea is exactly why everyone has trouble with golf. They're all attempting to send the ball toward the target as if the golf club was a baseball or cricket bat and it's absolutely not. WTF is a golfer doing if not hitting the ball? The entire game of golf is about moving the ball through the course. I'm at a loss for words. "Just do this," is not instruction.

I'm not sure he is saying that you should imagine hitting the ball with a baseball bat. I think he is saying your practice swings and your "in-game" swings are different and in order to close that gap you have to change your intention and he proposes one on the video. And yes, "just do this" does apply for a lot of golf instruction. To quote something of yours, WTF is golf instruction if not telling someone how to do something 😂
