I have always looked for documentaries about Montserrat. I lived there in 1989 with my husband and three children. We moved there one week before Hurricane Hugo. I was very surprised to see this as it was never there before I looked up Montserrat this time.

Montserratians,redevelopment should be earth and environmental friendly. Please no mega hotels or cruise ships to this emerald isle. Encourage mass transit (mini-buses) to minimize vehicular pollution and road signage should include scooters & bicycles. Consider monolithic dome homes (and businesses) for the perennial threat of hurricanes - we can't forget Hugo!
