So many negative comments. Our justice system is flawed. Judge Simpson has decades of experience. He can over-ride suggested sentences. And Mr. Allen is my favorite bailiff. Blessings. I have served on 4 juries, when I was younger & able to. Learned a lot. One was a 14 felony count case. After 2 weeks, much deliberation, guilty on all counts. I worked full time, not able to take a day off work to go to the sentencing. But after the case was over, several of us met with both the ADA & the public defender, per their request, to discuss what influenced the verdict. I was very impressed with the PD. He was a career PD & really effective. There was too much evidence. And we heard that he jad prior felonies.

Throw ur job & future away for a cheap ass blue tooth speaker. He could have paid 20 bucks a week & had the speaker legally. Now he has a charge on his record which will make it hard to get another job.
