Madam i got an offer. Dummy eg-4.3 i got an offer. And in that 1 lakh is joining bonus 2 yr. So actual pacakge is 3.3.with.2yr bond. But current company is providing me 1.5 they give hike 3. I asked 4.4 but thry said they can't move hike tat much.. Could u make a video for salary ranges for differnt IT departmentd(LIKE, DEV, QA, DEVOPS) etc so also regarding salary negotiations.. With offer with hike.. It will be helpfull for many.. I understand that acording to the inflation rate companies are still paying old package level..

Hello, I've attended&cleared the cognitive&technical assessment for Accenture. and completed with the technical interview. I've performed very well in all rounds but I've got rejection mail saying " we will not be able to proceed with your candidature since your profile does not meet our eligibility criteria. However, we do encourage you to apply for other suitable roles." Actually a day before that rejection mail I've received a mail regarding pre-learning modules. will anyone please help me.....

Hi mam, When I joined Accenture on 2018 The variable pay mentioned in the offer letter was 15.65% for the carrier level 10 Now since the policy has been revised my doubt regarding VP is whether it will vary CL-wise or it is 27% to everyone irrespective of CL. Because I saw its 21% in some site

My Name is Ankitaraj I am a Btech graduate specialized in computer science and engineering in 2021. In the 1st week of december By mistake I have applied for the role which was for bsc, bca graduates And got the assessment link and attended the assessment also but when i got to know about the role I didn't attended the interview as I am a Btech Graduate. After 3-4 days I received the link for ASE role. And completed assessment and interview also on 24 of December 2021 at 11 am and my performance in all these rounds was extremely well. But I have received this email that I have attached and I don't understand why I am not eligible Atleast look at my performance in the assessments and interview.
