It’s an entry-level job pre-taxes but it’s in a key division and higher value with room for advancement so it’s likely they pay well especially with it being tough to retain employees

45 gallons per week is slightly less than 6.5 gallons per day. Who can drink that much of anything? If you drink a quart a day with that much junk in it you might not live 27 weeks.

6.5 gallons a day of water isn't too difficult but you do run the risk of hyperhydration.
