10:35 - I actually did that in shop class once. We had to make a peg board game and being one of the few girls in the shop class the guys were determined to keep the best saws from me. So having just a dull, rusted saw to work with it took forever to cut the sides of the triangle to form the game. So one day, with just one side left to go and the project due that day I decided to take Red's advice and do just what he does here.

That's annoying. I was one of three girls in high school woodshop class (it was either two or three of us, can't remember exactly) along with about seven or eight other students (boys), and our teacher made sure we were treated fairly. He was gruff but good. I also went to a private school, which probably helped. (Yeah, I know I'm lucky.) We made a thingy to push the wood through the saws, a footstool with a pretty bad design flaw (prone .to tipping when you put your foot at just the wrong place), then we made a personal project of our own choosing. I and two other students chose to make a blanket chest put of three different woods (mine was made from elm and it is still lovely). Good memories. Incidentally, how did your project turn out?
@glenngriffon8032 Жыл бұрын
@@ChibiPanda8888 i don't remember anymore if i passed or failed the class, i think it was my freshman year of high school but the longer i think about it it might have been jr high and that was almost 30 years ago. I just remember that none of the guys were letting me use the nicer saws and I wanted to finish the project. So i clamped the thing in a vice that was mounted on the table, took one of the rusted saws and made a notch on the end, opposite to what i had already been sawing, and then grabbed a nice heavy hammer and walloped it. Sent a chunk of wood clattering into a corner on the other end of the shop. The teacher chewed me out but i don't remember getting detention.

There is no such thing as a license to travel unless you are ignorant enough to sign the contract, that without you signing you have the inherent right to travel without it anyway. You don't need a license to drive, because if you actually did violate someone by your driving, then you will be in prison for the violation anyway, and you won't be traveling anywhere anyway except from your bunk to your toilet in your cell. You people and your fear of the unknown is what caused you ignorant people to sign the contract between you and government, and made you subject to a bunch of deception and shit. Speeding or not stopping at a stop sign is not a violation on anyone, but if you kill or hurt someone by disobeying the traffic laws, then NOW it is a violation and you will be going to prison. The point is, you allow the tyrants to control you, and you lose your license over stupid fake ass shit, like not paying for insurance, speeding, not stopping at a stop, etc... It is up to you what you do, but the second you end up violating someone(hurting, stealing, or killing someone or their property), then your life is over, depending on the level of violation/s, so get your shit straight and stop asking for government to protect you, be a man be responsible for yourself. Stop asking government to regulate you, be a grown up and stop being a child for tyrants.
@ChibiPanda8888 Жыл бұрын
You live you life how you want but I'll keep my drivers and pistol licenses, thanks. I mean if you want to go to jail for a traffic stop cuz your tail light is out and the cop that asks for your license realizes you don't have one, that's your business.
