Hi Steve. This is fascinating! You've obviously been doing your research. Like you I've always been interested in new houses and currently live in a 2015 Redrow home in Widnes. It's amazing to see just how many of their developments are around, particularly in the North West. Keep up the good work and the showhome tours which I also enjoy.

You should come to nuneaton . We have so many developments within 5 mins of each other. We have Barret homes, Bellway, jelson, davidsons, David Wilson, Taylor wimpy ,permission and red row. Honestly you would have a field day with all the developments lol
