I always knew that software in australia was more expensive than in america, but I never knew why. I live in america, but I frequently hear about australians price of games as being much higher than they are in america. Thanks for bringing awareness to this and explaining why this is happening.

I wonder, if the same is true for other countries, Russia for one. Especially given the fact, that digital piracy is extremely widespread and uncontrolled here, except for governmental and business structures, where they do have to check it.
