I don't remember exactly how this song was recommended to me but I feel like it's been over a year now and I am STILL obsessed with this song and listen to it daily.. it is literally such a phenomenal song in every aspect and I'm soooo blown away that it didn't get way bigger than it did! The lyrics, the music, the emotion in her voice.. ahhh it's just so unbelievably perfect! Congrats to your band for writing such gold!

This song is so special to me because when the day the album came out, I played it on Spotify so I can listen to it while I was helping my sick dog at the time. This song came up and I was dancing and my dog was smiling and started to get tears in her eyes. She is now not with us anymore but this song makes me think of her. Really solid pop. I can't recall which artist it reminds me of but it definitely gives a post-punk sort of vibe and some of the synth laden rock that came out in the 2010s. Glad to see they still sound great as they break out of what they did before. Maybe worth listening to Frankie Rose or St. Vincent if this is your jam.
