Why do all the ministers and pastors always stand there lookin so dumb and serious while all the praise is going on!

I many instances they are praying for certain members in the audience to get the release referenced. You can stand, concentrate and pray. Not sure if these ministers but a lot of times that what happening as they can also see the faces of people when they walk through the door, knowing something (a release) maybe necessary and they are praying from that point until God moves.
