Its not the music its the holy spirit that has to be in the building, That's why sometimes you can go to a smaller church and they may not have the kind of instruments they have yet the church is on fire and filled with the holy spirit, Because God is moving in there, People can play all the God music they want to mimic what ppl do when they shout but if its not in there its just not in there.

Gia there is truth that for some. I come from a store front church that has all along presented mega movie theater holyghost anointing. Back then most musician's praised through there playing for God. But when the down pour would come, they too had to dance!

As a musician and a preacher, I want to say that all of it is needed. God's word creates, Saves, set free and delievers. Music is used in the bible to calm Evil Spirits: read about David and King Saul. And God lives in the praise, and with it he causes your enemies to ambush one another. It's all in the book. Being saved is easy; confess and believe. (Rom.10:9); but the rest is need in spiritual warfare.I believe that Cory is one of the modern day David........

People has to realize it's not about cogic or Baptist it's about Jesus he didn't say he was coming back for a denomination he said he was coming back for a church and when we stop dividing the body of Christ by denominations and come together the church will be unstoppable and more powerful we all believe in the same God we all believe Jesus died and rose so why is there separation I'm Baptist but I have Cogic preacher friends and we fellowship and support each other when people throw sand at different denominations it shows the lack of maturity I was reading these comment and was Smh that's why the church can't help the world cause we to busy talking about each other #thinkonit

+Karl Dupree I just want to hopefully clear up that 'Lil Drummer Boy Brown' was not referencing denomination comparison when he responded to "samifumi" about what the name of the song was in this clip. The song is located in the hymnal called "COGIC YES LORD Hymnal" And if he wanted to learn it, that's where it is. I said all that to say he only answered that person's question but I can see how it sounded like he may have been comparing but that is REALLY the name of the Hymnal.......

God gets the glory from their playing, and their playing is annointed. what is so hard to understand
@rayjgold8 жыл бұрын
AwesomeMan2696 I use to think that as well. Now I understand that God seeks those who worship him in spirit and in truth....."not with our hands or in Jerusalem." I repent from my initial comment. There is nothing wrong with having fun and playing music and praising man. I shouldn't have linked it to worshipping God......as God doesn't dwell in buildings made by hand and I can only judge by outward appearances..... only He can judge the contents of the heart. So I say play on, sing on, shout on.....but I believe it would be a mistake to consider this the worship that God seeks......I am a musician that plays every Sunday. But I try to go to the temple...where God dwells.... every day.
