Hey, this is 5 years old but still applicable. I picked up one of these for $50 and altho i figured out how to disassemble it without breaking anything it was good to view the video, we can tell this isnt your first rodeo. My situation is a bit different altho my oil is poor condition and needs replacing my situation is No power when everything appears to be good including the armature, I have yet to take the cover off for the brushes, that's for later today. Im in no rush but I do need a way of testing the components in the handle, i have some experience with electronics and after testing continuity to wires and connection points can't find any issues, hence the reason im here. Great video still, thanks for posting this for people like me.

Hello, thank you. Sorry, but I dont have spare parts view, but you can ask for it from your local Hilti distributors and if they give you drawings then you will be able to purchase genuine parts... Normally for me they are sending drawings and I write part number and don't see part code...

hello, I have a problem with my hilti te 1000 avr as in the video and the problem is when half the cover where the electronics are fine disconnected from the current and reattachment no longer what can be the problem? a thousand thanks

Hey mate, I got the first gen of the TE 1000, is it worth upgrading it or it’s pretty much the same thing apart from being able to switch cords. Cheers!!

Helpful video thank you. I have a TE300 AVR needle scaler. It works OK except that after a while the needles are no longer vibrating. Have you come across this? Do you think it needs the oil replacing or topped up? Many thanks Andy
