Hi thanks for the video it helped me mend mine it's a bit different as mine has a small aluminium box plotted controller and yours had a coil of wire so I just connected the two thick ones together and bingo it works thanks thanks from England all's good :)

In case you struggle to remove the part with stator, it is possible that while rotating, it melt the plastic in the stator which makes impossible to remove the rotor as done in the video What I've done : - There are 2 screws on the stator that you can remove if you are patient enough - Also you need to remove the 2 screws that attach the rotor Once both of this are done you can remove the rotor on the piece Hopefully it will help someone, I've tried for hours to remove this part...

Hi all. I need help. My machine did no hammer blow. I replaced the parts you are showing and now I can hammer drill again but there seems to be another issue. When I drill a hole like 8mm into a beton wall then I‘m not able to get the beton drill off the wall because the overload clutch is on and makes this typical cracking noises. Is there an issue in the hammer pipe 1617000609, exactly on the balls 1903230010 which could be worn out?

Must have done a lot of work. Worn out brushes, worn bearings, gearbox very black and dry.
