Yeah, not a fan of trash talking. I grew up playing hockey and didn’t have much TT until playing in my 20’s. But it was usually rectified and cost me 2 min in the Box lol. Don’t mind people getting fired up and rooting for themselves but not directed at other teams. That’s just me tho.

Disagree about the shit talking. Good to have a some but it becomes obnoxious f its every other time the opponent misses. Glad Warnick lost, kinda like that one match vs Stone Patriquin where he wouldn't shut up despite losing in 2.

Not a fan of this style of play. Driving the ball straight at someone from a short distance is reckless. Who wants to have to wear a helmet and a cup to play pickleball? And Warnick's continual trash talking is tiresome. Sure, the guys I play with trash talk all the time but zingers are fewer than complements. Have never been a Warnick fan and this match confirms why. (Not a huge Wright fan either based on his attitude) I do appreciate the great video editing though!!

I agree PB needs heels. Just see how many eyes will be on Kyrgios on Saturday. It makes for entertaining matches. That said, after awhile it gets a bit ridiculous and it borders on unsportsmanlike conduct which I think the refs have an obligation to penalize. Give a verbal warning and if it continues T them up.

Also, strong disagree on this being good for the sport. Jeff Warnick is clearly an asshole and makes a fool out of himself. The sport can use personalities, but not malicious ones.
