I used to walk dogs and walked a dog that lived in this building. I've never seen such a beautiful lobby. I didnt see inside the home, but the hallways on the residential floors are insane beautifully, its like walking through a museum. This is my dream building. I will live here one day

I liked the design of the second apartment but preferred the views of the first. Unfortunately, there are no private balconies or terraces in this building. One of my biggest desires for urban living.

@Zeke Bean it's because in NY, balconies are associated with old projects and 60s commie blocks, overpriced vertical ghettoes. The high end trend is floor to ceiling glass, with high ceilings up to and beyond twelve feet.

@Zeke Bean although it's true that balconies are seen as rental apartment fayre rather than something you'd find on posh condos, large _terraces_ (typically placed on top of a setback to the building) are the opposite, as they're usually reserved for penthouses. It's true that whilst a balcony is often hardly large enough for a sun lounger, a terrace lets you pretty much eat outdoors (and even cook outdoors in some cities that allow it) and have a portable pool etc, stuff like that. Much more useful
