Over the last few months this channel is what I’m able to sleep too. I do fall asleep to his voice but somehow am able to get the book and blessing needed. I always hear something new every night. Why this is a blessing is because for over 4 years have not been able to sleep due to an illness. JB is now my favorite author! God bless you and thank you!!!🙏🏻

Honestly I fall asleep to these too, good thing the KZbin app has a timer you can set so it pauses itself, mine's set at 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sometimes it's hard to fall asleep, sometimes it's hard to be alone with my own thoughts while waiting. I love this channel.
