It's been a long time since VIPs have seen them sit down and just talk. Zip Daesung was the perfect opportunity. Yes. Daesung is known for his comedic, fun personality. He was on a variety show called "Family Outing" (2008-2010) early in his career. He became well known to South Korea's general public through that program, in addition to his time as a BIGBANG member and soloist. . In part 2 they reminisce about their group and talk future plans. This program is daesung's show. He is host and the prgram is so fun. The pics are from thier debut documentry. Its called the begining that show how they choice and become idols. They are kings of varity shows too. You can watch weekly idol too.

Taeyang wore the same NY cap in his Wedding Dress MV at the start when he was playing the piano back in 2009. I wonder if its the same or a new one?????? Loved this Zip Daesung with the other Big Bang members - reminds me so much of when they used to do all the varietyy shows and their own takes on the best Shows at the time. you really must watch some of them - they are hilirious. Daesung is the best too...... Such a comedian - he started coming into his own.

About D’splay’s channel. During the 7 year hiatus this was the only content VIPs got and we loved it. It’s Daesung hiding his face and pretending he was a dude named D’splay who is a big fan of Daesung and BIGBANG. D’splay did a lot of music covers playing drums, sometimes in his PJ’s. D’splay gave a name to his fanbase D’guys. A play on words, we VIPs were in disguise (D’guys) like Daesung was Displaying (D’splay) his drum covers. I believe it was his way of staying in touch with us.

In yearly years of BIGBANG they did a lot of appearances in variety shows. They always were fun, guffy and absolutely adorable. Especially Daesung with Seungri were kings of variety shows.

Dae is an all rounder, does hosting stints; an actor; a musical actor too (played Rum Tum Tugger in Korea's CATS in 2009); a variety show prince as well.

Yep, Zip_Daesung us Daesung's 3rd youtube channel. Dae is not into social media (no fb, IG, tweeter etc)that's why he has created D'splay anonimously, just his personal playground where he does drum covers (including BIGBANG hits) until VIPs learned about it, imagine from few followers to hundred thousands real quick. He still posts there from time to time. And there is his official youtube channel, DAESUNG when he changed management.

Yeah Daesung was on variety shows before and is known for being hilarious. If you wanna see an mv of his I recommend "look at me gwisoon", its a trot song, which is very different from the type of music they usually perform. The mv is pretty fun and goofy. GD actually wrote and produced the song for him, which showcases even more how versatile and talented he is.

OMG ,THE GRAND BINIVERSE CONCERT DAY 1 2 and 3 was epic!!!!!!! Im sure you saw the clips, so speechless!!!! I MEAN THE GRANDEST THE BIGGEST COCNERT EVER OF THE PHILIPPINES!!! Talk about staging and production!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️💥💥🔥🔥THE OUTFITS, the props, the audience and everthing!! THEY JUST ANNOUNCED TOO yesterday that THEIR GRAND BINIVERSE REPEATNEXT YEAR IN PHILIPPINE ARENA 😭😭😭 They are the first ever filipino artist in history who will stage a concert in philippine arena, the arena is only used for international hollywood artists concert but now they were able to do it. Just wow !!! philippine arena capacity is 55,000. Araneta Coliseum is 16,000. Iconic!!!

During trainee days, GD was really quite harsh with the members. So he was given the nickname "Sandpaper Kwon" and other rude names. All this was brought up during a hilarious variety show called Night after Night. There was actually a 6th person who was in contention to be in Bigbang called Jang Hyun Seung. That is the guy GD was talking about who got scolded. And whenever Hyun Seung got scolded, Daesung would automatically go kneel with Hyun Seung in solidarity with him. Yeah, as a kid, kneeling when you are being scolded is a traditional thing in the old days. Probably not so now. But don't worry, even now Hyun Seung and them are good friends. Hyun Seung appeared on Zip Daesung as well.

The tattoo on the back of Ji's neck is an angel, the arch angel Michael if I'm not mistaken. Ji told an amusing story of how he himself was supposed to pose for the tattooist but he wasn't able to make it so he sent one of his managers (Soonho) so now he has Soonho tattooed on his neck. 😊
