The TV looks high and uncomfortable to watch with the sofas so close to it. I find if you are always looking up it’s uncomfortable unless the seating is far away so it’s more a slight look up vs sharp as it appears in this home. Watch the TV from the games area table seems like that would be a comfortable distance

Love the decor but the tv’s over the fires in the family rooms look great but will create neck aches! Far to high! Where are the TVs in the kitchen/bedrooms/office? The designer explained why certain pieces were chosen but didn’t give an indication of where they may be purchased or the cost. There were no tech details either. Where to plug in phones/iPads generally & where the computer, printer etc is in the office. We live in a smart world now & it would be good to see how tech is incorporated in the design.

I don't think she was the designer who worked on this project because she doesn't seem to know much about the items that were used in the design and she seemed like she was really fishing for words to used to help her sound knowledgeable. Her descriptive words were very generic and cold and it didn't seem like she was intimately involved in the selection process. She really doesn't seem as enthused about or proud of this project reveal as a designer who worked hard on a design project should be. She definitely has the look for the reveal and I give her props for trying but she fell short.
