I used to belive in those words Ive wait for years God never did the "revenge" so i did it my self And its done Revenge is in our each own hands Its our choice to do it or not If you keep waiting for god's justice Keep waiting and suffer Im not even sure if he's up there or even exist anymore
@medinbeqiri8346
@medinbeqiri8346 2 жыл бұрын
@@reynewdawn is god supposed to give you your revenge? Is a mind boggling being of tremendous power suppose to do as you ask because you desire so? Is the revenge you seek truly what is necessary? He got his revenge. But is a shell of a man with only the desire of the sweet release of death. Is that the outcome you long for? The reality you fight for? Is that the outcome you wish god to direct you towards? To come back to god a truly soulless man? You feel wronged. You don’t have faith in divine judgment. Yet would you rather consume yourself with individual revenge or rather transcend it?

Sorry but I can't agree. The poctures are really great and music is moving...but that's all. It isn't really difficult to play person like Glass. The film is aggressive and there are moments when people are going to sleep. The film is good but not excellent. Music and Picturec could receive Oscars but not di Caprio again...
@billa381
@billa381 8 жыл бұрын
Michał Białoszewski di caprin done an amazing job and in a lot of peoples opinion and in interviews what di caprio did wasn't classed as "acting" it was way way beyond that! that its self should get all round oscars. The way di caprio acted out his role has no words to describe as acting. He was literally a stranded man in the wilderness and their happened to be cameras filming him haha. I get what your saying about how it made you fall asleep at times, as some scenes did drag out etc, but other than that I have no faults with this movie

This movie makes me wonder, within the past generations, how many men have gone through hell and came back? How many men have witnessed a loss of their loved ones, had all the odds against them, death had gotten as close to therm as it possibly can, yet they carried on, not because they wanted to but because they had to, they carried on because they discovered a purpose in their lives much larger than themselves. They had to carry on, so you and I could have the privilege to exist.

people say this music took no talent...read this...this music does take talent...he made this so simple because the notes he used and the way he used them make this convey the conditions they were in...it expresses a hundred different emotions in such simplicity...it doesn't take a full orchestra to make beautiful music...and it doesn't take fancy playing...the composer of this piece made the perfect piece to fit the theme of this movie and he is very talented...because of you watch this movie and you hear this music it takes you into that world...if it doesn't you just don't appreciate the music or the movie...the movie and the composing are masterpieces as far as i'm concerned and the fact leonardo hardly even had to say a word during the movie...it doesn't matter...they brought you into that world and if you enjoy very raw and true to life looking movies...this is for you...this is number one on my all time best movies until something tops it...because nothing to date has...i've never been immersed into another world like this movie did to me...that's my opinion and you have yours.

Gravity and Birdman are both better for me, but they're all still 11/10. All 3 are just pure forces of cinema that use all the tools at their own disposal to explore such a broad range of ideas in such an aesthetically pleasing way. People complain about the lack of dialogue in this way too much. It's all communicated with visual complexity and the lac of words make it so much more accessible for a wide audience.

People are raving on and on about Deadpool being the movie of the year so much that The Revenant has practically been left in the dark. This movie was a masterpiece beyond words I can fathom. I have never felt so much for a character in a film as much as I felt for Glass. A man who has had everything taken from him. Did he complain? Did he give up? Did he ask for a break? No, because in this era, this dark age like time for humanity life was something you struggled for on a daily basis. Had I not seen this film with a friend I would have balled my eyes out in certain scenes. This Film did an amazing job of fully submersing me in a time frame I knew little about. I didn't know what to expect from this film because no one talked about it, no one I knew had seen it. This film had a shadow cast over it by a film with cheesy acting, lousy jokes, and unnecessary gore. The Revenant was real. It made me feel sad, remorse, pain, awe, joy, disgust at times. Iv'e never had a film do what this one did to me. If this movie does not receive copious amounts of awards and Leonardo does not receive and Oscar for this performance I will be highly disappointed. If you are thinking about seeing this movie, don't. Go see it, you won't regret it if you have half of a functioning mind.

During the winter depression time, and when i do have the time, i'm hiking deep into the forest while listening to this amazing Piece of art. I'm wandering trough the deep and heavy snow, the only thing i'm hearing is my own breath and the music in my ears. You can feel the wind gently passing trough, when you look up and see the trees swinging left to right with the power of the wind, that's when you feel very, very small in this universe Have a nice day everyone.

You know, I hate to say it. But sometimes I wish I could go back to that time era and just live like that for a couple days or so, meet the indians and live so liberated. I just love the aspect about how everything is so untouched and you are a part of the great northern wilderness. I go up to the UP a lot in Michigan to go snowmobiling around the Brimley area and we stay and the indian reservation casino, and everytime I go I just think about 100 years or so ago how they ruled this land up in the great wilderness. I now live in Houghton Michigan, because I am currently going to school at Michigan Tech, and besides the school part I just love every aspect of the country up here. I especially love it in the winter, there is nothing that beats the dead silence other then the wind blowing in the trees when you go out in the middle of the woods during the winter and just look at how everything is so untouched and unbothered. I don't know why but if I could go back for just a little, I would.

What I love about this theme is that the music is made chunk by chunk. It stops suddenly, it doesn't fade away smoothly, it stops brutally and makes it resonate in your head, which adds to the tragic feel.

Playing this theme right now as I sit on my porch smoking a cigar and just let my mind think about life and so many other things. This was such an incredible film I see why Leo finally won an Oscar for this film. It's so deep on so many levels and I think it shows all of us how much pure will power and the need to survive can take you. This film and inception are both really deep films about loss, survival, memories, dreams, and learning more about the things around us and that's what I love about them.

What an unbelievably powerful movie and an equally powerful soundtrack. It has been almost a week since I went to see it and I can't stop thinking about it. without being melodramatic, I too feel like something has changed in me. I also feel sad knowing that it will be a long time before a production of this calibre comes along. It almost spoils whatever else there is to see and makes me hyper-critical of other movies. Bravo Alejandro, Leo & Tom!!

A very...unusual and special film but also easily one of the best films ever produced probably. This film seems very simple on the surface, but in fact it is very deep and just beautiful. There are so much Details and special moments. For me it is not only a film about Revenge...it is a film about Life, loneliness, hope and finally finding peace with yourself. A masterpiece!

I cried, this story broke my heart. "The revenant" is about a man, who lost his son, his reason why. This movie shows how revenge can keep you alive, even though you're weak, injured and broken. If you didn't watch it, go ahead. This movie is heartbreaking. When it ends, you feel empty, tired, you've been Glass for 2 hours and a half.

I just watched this movie in theatres yesterday and it made me think just how far we've come. We often in our lives today take hundreds, if not thousands of things for granted. But this movie put so many aspects of the brutality in perspective, and in such a naked way. How we've gone through these times of sheer survival, and managed not to kill all of our brothers and sisters (metaphorically speaking) along the way. Much of the shots used real sunlight/lack there of (unheard of to this degree in Hollywood today). The actors and crew embraced not only being cold and enduring brutal winds, but were simultaneously wet as well. Dedication that certainly doesnt go unrecognized. My girlfriend did not enjoy the movie so much as there was violent animal death and brutal savagery. But this movie didn't shy away from who we were and the reality of what living during this time must have been like. The simplicity of the deep and dark soundtrack only added emotion exponentially to what we were all feeling while watching. Simply amazing movie on all fronts.

lordDEMAXUS - No it was brutal it wasn't just humans trying to kill other humans, it was trying to survive nature as well. The way they filmed it made it seem like we were in the same scene with Leo and Tom, It made me feel like I was in some kind of danger as well like for example in the first scenes it shows a guy just randomly shot in the neck with in arrow. Then the camera would turn in the direction the arrow was shot as any person would do so if they were under attack. Anywho I've seen enough films to know that this is brutal.

moonrockers1962 do you mean tension or brutal? there loads of films that are way more brutal. i get what you mean but that is because of the DOP. i had the same feel when watching children of men which coincidentally was by the same DOP. i could feel the tension every second. i was able to feel the same way in the first battle scene of this movie too but that was it. i dont think the surviving bits were so brutal psychologically either.

This film ... just... elucidated a perspective of earth, its history, and the hardship earth her self has faced because of us humans. It was the impeccable example of human compassion, the ambition that one can have, and the utmost trusting love in a fathers heart. It exemplified the courage and stone cold passion to live and to capture revenge on one that took his life away. For me, this track matched it very well. So well, that I receive chills.

Do you hear that crackly deep-down sound of embers (or possibly melting ice) that resounds midway through this piece? (best heard with headphones on). Its unexpected yet welcome emergence, after the long, lonesome echoes of a cold vastness, had a visceral effect on me and I was vaguely conscious of a feeling of a campfire warming an ancient protagonist. As if we're hearing the warm serenity that swaddled Prometheus in his pre-punished state, reclining near the fire he'd so recently stolen. Or perhaps it is the sound of layers of suburban life-convenience-swaddling linens burning and peeling away from our default attitudes, as this film draws us into the slow burn of an epic survival scenario?

Have yet to watch the film, but still found this piece of music. (no need to tell me to watch it, i will, i promise!) The first stroke of that phat low note strikes your attention so hard, it's as mesmerizing as it was on the first time. To me, this blatant melancholy gives me an impression of a bleak, mountainous wilderness. Something that has been there for eternity, to which your lifespan is less than a blink of an eye. And there you are, on the edge of it, on the top of it, looking around, feeling the endless wind on your face, possibly shivering through thick clothes, not from cold, but from the "power" the scenery holds. To it, you are as irrelevant as the stone you may well be standing on. It reminds me how meaningless a human is, or a humanity is, to this planet. The planet will be here long after our impending end. We will leave or cease to be, or we will begin anew. It's still tiny compared to what this world is. ...is what I get from the music, is all :DD

This music takes me to a somber part of myself, where it´s always night and snowing, at the bottom of an abyss, and when I look up, all I can see are the moon and the stars. In that dark place, I can only find sadness, but also a comfort, for it´s full of peace, here I am, living in a place where I don´t belong, and my only hope is to find a way out, trying to give myself a new purpose, find someone like me. Someone who feels an outsider as well, a person I can connect with, and share my life and feels what it´s like to become one, with another soul.
