They probably left the extra carpet because they heard someone was opening a card shop in 2017 and they knew they'd just be back in a couple months to change the floors again when the next tennant moves in (old carpet will be stained with tears)

The Pokemon corner sounds like a great idea. Bright colored Pokemon product lit up with fancy LED fighting will draw people in, then Rudy can try and convince them to buy his thousands of Ultra Pro binders to keep their new Pokemon cards in.

Rudy, I have the best solution for the front hallway- soda machines and snack machines and a large trash can. this gives you another revenue stream and because it's a closed off area the heat from the machines keeping cool won't effect the store.

Hey, do not forget to leave some empty boxes in the bathroom so people can poop on them. Amazing series, keep on with these videos. And instead of FNM, you can organize the FNT, or better the FNFT ( Friday Night Floppy Taco ) in your store. It will help you to get clients fast. You are welcome.

Rudy, there may be filters in the actual a/c unit. If those go bad and start to fall apart, they can cause major havoc on the system. Be sure to check if they are present and change them as needed too.

Instead of signing the glass, maybe provide tape so people can stick their favourite card in your store with their signature on it. Like Rogue Deck Builder. I vote for Comet Storm for the card to sign. Heck, sell the card slightly overpriced and allow people to doodle over the card and taped to the glass. I think its a novelty that could catch on. Its already done elsewhere at tourist attractions.

I hate to say it, but are you sure that two rows of tables, plus the employee area at the left will fit? One row won't be so crowded, but it's hard to tell the dimensions. Also, forget peeing in the garbage can, just leave the toilet removed and go right into the floor.
