@@MatthewSweeney1961 really? that sounds like just another flawed reductive argument. One could be both at the same time - the point is it's not down to what an individual does, because it's the system and who holds the power in the system. I don't have a car and live a minimal life, but I still use electricity, and plastics, and buy foods from the supermarket shelf that have been produced in a problematic system. I am oppressed by place of birth, yet I live in a privileged place that has benefited from colonialism. So here's my tip for _you_ - stop trying to simplify the complexity of life to point your finger at individuals. For the most part, people are good, but the full picture is deliberately omitted from their education so as to maintain an obedient labour force. THAT is the fundamental problem here stopping any meaningful change.
