Yo so I was reading, it's not there lock to aew, but the content or trademarked item contracts. So that could be from TV agreements to God knows what with merchandise, the video game etc. Thats the one thing as an independent contractor , if you don't have your own expirence with these newer tm contracts, it takes it's own legal counsel to over see n seems like these boys rushed the signature based of what there use to.

@@EibonAQT I disagree, yeah the tag divisions struggled but its because of bad booking or rather lack of any attention that's the problem, not the bucks being on top. The tag division is an afterthought with zero real focus apart from when the Bucks are involved, which is why the division has been at its best when they're on top. When anyone else is on top TK and the booking team don't give a shit so no other team gets over or has any meaningful stories. The bucks have put multiple teams over, but it doesn't matter when the follow up is you'll appear on TV once a month with the only thing you'll do is face teams no one cares about with little if not no storyline.

That's not how this works they're not paid per appearance, there's no set number of dates they have to work. Typically deals are guaranteed to earn X a year regardless of how many matches you work, however if you work over Y amount of matches you'll get paid Z for every additional match. So say I was given a contract I would be guaranteed £10 a year, with each match being worth £1. It doesn't matter if I work 1 match or 10 I would be paid the £10, however if I wrestled more matches I would earn that £1 per additional match. The time has been added on as Fenix was unable to be used for however many months of his contact he was out injured.

Why are people crying about this? He signed a contract. If he didn’t read the contract stipulations, that’s on him. Also talking to people about going to another company is all not the best way to handle things. If you do that at ANY job, there will be repercussions. Next time just stay quiet and earn you money like everyone else does. Also, learn to read the contracts you sign. If you do have a problem with your employer, be upfront and honest with them. Otherwise you will be treated the same way you treat them.

Also AEW not using him and his brother is because of how they have been acting about wanting to go to WWE. They can easily just stop talking about going. Work their contract and then leave. @ The point is to act respectful to the company that gave them a chance. Yeah things cannot work out and you can want to leave. So go talk to your boss about it. The moment you start to whiny online and in public about it is the moment you asked to be treated that way. As a boss you have to step up and make examples out of your employees when they act in bad faith to the company. Otherwise everyone will do the same thing. There are consequences to your actions. Especially when you sign a contract. That’s the point. The same can be said of WWE. Why do they have 90-30 day non compete clauses for after their contracts end?????

They’ve been around what 7, 8 years now? Why do people expect them to be the same as WWE? It’s 2 different products from opposite ends of the spectrum. One wants to entertain wrestling fans with good in ring action and the other wants to pander more towards storylines and not so much in ring wrestling. I’ll take Kenny Omega vs Adam Copeland or Orange Cassidy rather than seeing Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins.
