The Rifleman Mashup

One of the earliest digital video mashups ever made, The Rifleman is a composite of episodes from the TV show, with other things thrown in. It was made with EditDroid, an internal video editing system built by Lucasfilm.
Note the repeated use of oofs, nose-crunches, and other sound effects, as Lucas McCain is egged into laying waste to western civilization.

Has to be one of the funniest mashups l have seen. Lucas McCain laying waste to most of the town, the Germans, the bad guys, good guys, and civilization in general. But, when he was shown shooting down WWll aircraft, l lost it big time. Add to it the background music, l truly enjoyed it all. "l don't use a gun for sport.". Great ending.

My buddy and I use to sit in his truck during lunch and watch The Rifleman on DVD that his wife bought him...it had all The Rifleman shows that they made....what memories from my childhood ....by the way...this was a great video...thanks...

Don't you ever remove this. I like to see sequels to this creative parody. Growing up without my father at age 7 Lucas McCain became my step dad. I'm quite sure Chuck (Kevin) Conners would have had a misfire laughing at this clip. Thanks so very much.

Loved this show when I was a kid. Grew up and became a shooter and realised that none of this is possible in real life. Still, it's entertaning, in a fantasy sort of way. Hope Chuck is in Heaven watching reruns on God's own TV.

How could any guy who watched this as a kid not bust a gut laughing at Lucas McCain gunning down nazis and arabs. This is so satisfying because when we watched these episodes originally, you had to wait until the end of the episode to see McCain use his tricked-out rifle.
