So do all infantry men get sand bags and ammo boxes by default or do you have to grind to get them?

There is no grind in Squad 44, you pick your kit and you'll get everything the kit is supposed to have

@@BushwicksLive thanks I was pretty sure that’s what the game was like but I’ve noticed that when I play medic is never I’ve syringes do I have to replace bandages with syringes or does another class have those?
