After listening to this message this verse came to mind... Psalm 139:23-24 Search me O God and know my heart. Try me and know my anxieties And see if there is any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. Amen Praise God for His Holy Spirit who is continuing His work in each of our lives. I'm just about halfway into the vid, but I think it's so important to have a focus on Christian things like music, podcasts, etc just to stay focused on Christ throughout the day. I mean, I love all three of you ladies, but your job, your life's work, is in Christian ministry. Its what you do for a living so you are probably around other believers a LOT. The rest of us have to navigate through workplaces and with family that aren't believers generally speaking. I feel I lack maturity in my walk, but I also don't believe that most Christians walk is static. You might catch me in a moment where I mess up. I care very deeply about walking the talk, but even Paul says something similar in Romans: Romans 7:15-20 King James Version (KJV) 15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. This is just a part of the Christian life here on earth for all of us. With that, I really need this book by Mary and am excited to receive it. Thank you so much for writing it and then also posting this video series. Much love in Christ to all of you.
