I know you do this a lot with the quick turn carian phalanx and the comet, but how does this work exactly? Like at 13:50, are you flicking the directional stick towards them while releasing the comet, i don't see the targeting light on them (reticle), is it obscured by the lights? Thanks

@@a.ah.689 The phalanx will automatically fire at anything directly in front of them so you just need to be unlocked and then as you turn toward your opponent, you lock on at the last second to fire the comet to combine them both. Yea i think the spells just covered the reticle

Is it worth to off hand Glintblade before using Phalanx and changing to the Glintstone? Also, is Adula's Moonblade boosted by Rannis hat AND Glintstone? Even with the 10 extra FP cost, it just seems better than Greatsword tbh

@@mauriciosf588 The staff in the left hand boosts carian sword sorceries only, and the boost transfers over to your right hand staff as well. So you just need to cast everything with the right hand staff. Also yes adulas moonblade i believe gets a boost from rannis hat but im not sure if it does with the glinstone staff as i havent tested it

I usually prioritize casting speed so i think its worth it. If you dont want to use it, just use radagons icon instead and use azure staff in the left hand instead of the carian glintstone staff.

Lemme help yall out. There's a thing called buff stacking. You're getting slapped for hard damage, and the opaline tear for damage isn't going to offset the 35% extra damage. Put golden vow on a dagger, and then eat a boiled prawn. All 3 or those will stack and reverse the extra damage, provided that you continue to apply these when you can

Nice gameplay : very entertaining to watch On the other hand: - i think you use too much different spell : 10 spells is way too long to find the right one quickly when you’re under pressure -you use beloved stardust talisman in pvp? Why not using radagon icon => this one give you -30% damage reduction; it’s not worth it; just use radagon icon+ 40 dex or radagon icon+azur staff -and a last thing : your armor => i know it’s for the mage style but you can wear a heavy armor with a mage hat and you will always look like a mage: it’s better than not having damage reduction and zero poise

I never wear armor on a pure mage because i like the look. The reason why i use so many spells is because i use all of them for different situations

There is plenty beautilful heavy armor set other than Bull goat who match very well for a mage style And secondly i didn’t say he should use starshower, i just say he use too much different spell and this is not optimal because it’s too slow =>for exemple: -he could use glintblade phalanx as a ash of war instead as a spell and save one memory slot (and this is quicker to use too…) -Miriam’s vanishing into gavel of haima is cool to look but useless => just gavel of haima directly: with 89 poise+ 200 and 50% poise damage reduction during the casting animation only colossal weapon can interrupt you -carian slicer into carian greatsword into carian piercer is a cool combo but it demand 3 slot => just do carian slicer into carian piercer or even just spam carian slicer, it’s work too

While it may not be optimal it's probably fun for him instead. I know it's a souls games and people like to sweat like crazy nowadays with all the metas going around, but it's still a game.

For me the definition was always specifically for groups of players taunting invaders in areas devoid of PvE and terrain advantage, and to describe them as something pathetic deserving of a point down. I play seamless with a friend and we've been enjoying the occasional invasions on the way, and we're trying to be "nice" (wave, bow, no running away, etc. and we even have friendly fire on), but at the end of the day we're trying to progress and you're basically a miniboss. This ain't no fight club, you can't realistically expect us to take turns attacking you in these conditions. Unless not every gank is necessarily dishonorable in your eyes, what even _is_ honorable then?
