you did not mention what battery it uses. if they are house batteries it fine. propriety batteries are hard to replace with no guarantee on its lifespan and quality.

Could you please post it here in the comments so that I can read it with my assistive technology? That would be extremely helpful for me and verry much appreciated. I have one of these Rii mini keyboards, but mine doesn’t have Bluetooth, just the dongle, which is not too bad as I have the necessary OTG adapters to be able to connect it to all of my devices.
