The trailer was fantastic, and it seems like a major improvement from season 1. It is better to improve season to season than decline like GoT and what HoTD already seems to be doing.

Gotta disagree with Galadriel being a mary sue; Shes the entire reason Sauron is in the place he is rn Her being so untouchable fed directly into Sauron using that to become so powerful, she wasnt just powerful for the sake of it imo

NGL the visual is great , but not so much with how the writers did with the lore, I just think Amazon took way too much liberties with it, too much changes, to the point it messed up the lore, time compression is one of them, as well as the changes in the order of events. Just to mention one example like in the show , the three elven rings are crafted first, but in the book the three elven rings were among the last rings to be forged before the one ring, after Celebrimbor had already grown suspicious of Sauron and decided to work without him. So they are not as tainted or corrupted by Sauron like the nine rings for men and seven rings for dwarves, because Celebrimbor made them in secret. However the three rings still tied to the One Ring as the crafting knowlegde was taught by Sauron to Celebrimbor. and his elven smiths.

Firstly if you didnt care much for Season one then Middle-earth isnt for you. Stick to your Pedo GOT that is only half successful for one reason. They are giving us all the characters we love instead of trying to create love triangles and ripping the lore apart to make the movies woke. Changing Boromir and Aragorn just because they wanted to make the movies relate to modern times.
