The Rise and Fall of Incognito Market Admin Pharaoh: OSINT & Federal Sentencing

Over the past few months, I've been covering the saga of Incognito Market in detail. From exit scams to extortion, the infamous admin known as Pharaoh has been at the center of it all.
In this video, I recap the events leading up to Pharaoh’s arrest. We begin with the Incognito Market exit scam, where Pharaoh robbed all its buyers, leading to a significant uproar. But the story didn’t end there. Pharaoh then turned to extorting darknet vendors, demanding additional fees even after the exit scam.
On April 1st, after seeing Pharaoh’s announcement to start extorting darknet buyers, I felt compelled to warn the community. My video titled "Don't Pay the Ransom: Incognito April Buyer Extortion Imminent" aimed to protect buyers from his threats. The community's reaction was a mix of anger and determination, hardening against future attacks.
The most recent development? Pharaoh, the principal administrator of Incognito Market, has finally been caught and is now in federal prison at Brooklyn MDC. His capture was made possible through stupidity on his part.
Pharaoh’s attempt to hide his identity wasn’t enough. His social media profiles, including Twitter, Medium, GitHub, and LinkedIn, provided a treasure trove of information. From analyzing his tweets to examining his professional background, we pieced together his activities and connections.
Law enforcement’s investigation uncovered extensive evidence against Pharaoh, including controlled buys of counterfeit medications and records of all transactions on Incognito Market. The charges he faces are severe, including continuing criminal enterprise, distribution of controlled substances, narcotics importation, money laundering, and selling adulterated medication.
The potential sentences are staggering, with the most severe charge potentially leading to life imprisonment. Adding to his woes are upward departures in sentencing, which could significantly increase his prison time due to factors like his leadership role, use of special skills, and obstruction of justice.

Good video brother. Great content. Great description. Great markers. You're doing the DN a service by being a rational logical viewpoint to the ups and downs that exist in that world. I've been out for a couple years now and am finishing up my parole now due to my mistakes in opsec that getting high allowed for silly oversights. It's never Tor or I2P that pops us. It's our laziness or big fat mouths. 99% of the time. :D Keep up the good work! You're an inspiration for me to tell my story and maybe one day I finally will!!

Congrats on wrapping up! You're brave I think if feds had parole I don't think I would even take it out of fear of screwing it up! It's good to hear that you were almost free though, that's a big deal! I agree that most of the time it's the human factor that ends up screwing people up not the technological one.

@DoingFedTime I am in Canada, so thankfully for us up here, it's only a 2/3 sentence before paper. I got really lucky with my conditions and honestly with cannabis being legal up here, it made it much easier to not trip my illegal substance testing and abide a curfew. I couldn't agree more... so many friends I've watched tripped up on it, and if it was anymore than the 2 years paper, I probably would have said no. Thanks for the response and keep up the good work brother! Much love.

Hahhaha, the downfall with doing videos the way that I do them means that they take an extremely long time to do. An average day for me starts at about 4:30 in the morning when I get up, take a shower brush my teeth and get all that crap out of the way. Typically I'm at the computer at about 5:00 am, and I stay there until about 9:00 pm when I go to bed. It's a typical day for me but there's so much stuff jam packed into my video like motion graphics and custom pictures that I have to make in photoshop first that it takes a really long time to get 1 video done. Thank you for taking your time to comment I really do appreciate it!

Well, clearly, learning from history is not on his mind. The way dark net markets are all set up is to knowingly facilitate these "alleged" transactions, which is what causes the operator who is hosting the market to get criminal charges. Imagine doing fed time(pun intended) for letting two people in your Airbnb.

I would say the only possible way around this would be for him to go up top or go into protective custody. This is a double edged sword though because it means that he will never get good time, and he will never go down in security ranking. In the feds protective custody is solitary confinement. Quite honestly I would rather take my chances out on a yard, then do the rest of my life in a cell like that. I agree though he definitely poked the wrong bears.

The crazy thing is it doesn't even have to be an organization like that. In many prisons it takes very little money to get someone seriously injured. Your average person with 300 bucks could get him crushed in some federal prisons. I've seen people do some pretty crazy stuff even for a $0.50 soup. The other thing that really doesn't help him out is the fact that he's not much of an adversary physically from the looks of him and mentally he's definitely not very much of an adversary given the fact that he's only 23, I'm not saying all 23 year olds are stupid but I'm what I am saying is that he doesn't have much life experience given his age.

I’m pretty sure the extortion rubbed law enforcement the wrong way. Just showed how cocky he was and brought him way more attention. Even though he did what he did, I don’t wish anyone a life sentence, he’s just a kid, cocky but stupid and young. Sucks his whole life is now ruined. Karma is a bitchhh tho, I wonder if he hadn’t extorted his customers would this have gone down???

I agree with you! I do think he would have went down regardless given some of the stuff that I've seen about them in the documentation.

What is the actual evidence that he is the creator of the market place? Evidence seems sketchy and he might be innocent. what if he was paid this money to help promote the website and darknet creator sent money to pay him for helping promote the site. As being falsely accused of a crime myself you never know if this guy is actually not the creator.... Just saying

This was (kind of) the reason I am holding off on pointing and laughing like all the other youtubers I see. We have another probably 20 - 50 documents that will come out by the time he is sentenced.

@@DoingFedTime yea exactly. Like I know with the Bitcoin frog case (he went to trial ) they traced his BTC to purchase web host of original servers as evidence which I thought was laughable. Because if someone creates a logo for Bitcoin. If I use my coin base to buy BTC and send to the graphic designer . Then that graphic designer uses my BTC to purchase a website for illegal activity then it can make me look like I'm the creator. Or if I use a BTC mixer and my coins end up with someone else and they use my coins for something dirty. The FBI is known to do sketchy shit like this to advance in their careers

will he get a job from the feds or jail time?
@DoingFedTime

I would absolutely say prison time. I would make that guess because they have a ridiculous amount of stuff on him that directly connects him. In addition to that the upward departures that I mentioned will absolutely slaughter him in terms of length of his sentence. That last part is very important because it's what united states attorneys typically use when they tried to go political and run for office.

I don't think that the feds like people who extort other people, or those who blackmail other people. This kid has too much of a bad reputation for the feds to want to recruit him. You have to have a modicum of respect for the feds to recruit you.
