Hello and welcome to the motorway man and welcome back to the motorway man's rise and fall series. Today we are looking at
the rise and fall of probably the most famous former partner of the service stations,Little chef.
I bet that most of you remember little chef and most of you have been to one as at their peak, you were never more then 13 miles from your nearest branch. They went on to operate 400+ restaurants all across the UK and some in Europe 🌍.
In this episode, We will look at the history of Little chef and we will ultimately see what lead to the rise and fall of the little chef.
Many little chefs were left abandoned, and I've visited one called Budbrooke
