The greatest mistake that unitech did was that they bought that 14000 acres land exceeding the limit and diverted all fund into that. If they would have used that fund to complete the project that would might saved unitech from current condition. Sanjay chandra is also responsible for the situation of the unitech. But I didn't understand that why didn't not any of the promoters raise the voice when he was doing all those things??

Very well explanation. But still unitech have good amount of Assets which they can use it to payoff the debts and again Make Unitech the Biggest Real estate company. Their management , policies, strategy was one of t best. This was t co who became t largest real estate co in a short period of time. It Will grow again...Even bigger than what it was previously.
