Very good video Prasad. I would like to add some from the history of the land a lot from what was being said when SEZ scheme was first announced in 2005 or 2006. RIL purchased large peices of land in Raigad district of Maharashtra close to Panvel through their front men. Land was very cheap at that time. Money and threats used to acquire much of land and RIL had to show acquisition of certain amount of area before SEZ could be declared and RIL would be able to purchase remaining land. But villagers and farmers opposed SEZ scheme and then collector of Raigad held a referendum in which the locals won and SEZ in this area did not materialize. However, land already purchased using RIL money remained in the names of the front men. The value of this land has increased manifold

For such a large parcel of lucrative land in Navi Mumbai to be sold so cheap you have exposed the Ambani, Jain and Gandhi nexus BUT for such a large scam to happen these 3men above need the blessings of their invisible Politician who has supreme clout and that is not the current Chief minister of Maharashtra but his master who is the right hand of our Prime minister and whose initials start with A.S. because nothing large scale such as this can happen without his divine blessings. Prasad : i think you have missed one point that is ROFR option .... Maharashtra government had an option to exercise a " Right to first refusal" to buy the land first. It clear and evident that entire deal has been let go infavour of Reliance group.... Maharashtra government had an option to take it over but for some unknown reasons, government was the silent spectators and media is also silent .... This is nexus between government and big corporations like Reliance.

Reliance will give the money through the offshore companies to these people. Here by not paying the actual price saved the tax also and other side who invested on Jai crop did not get the profits. But the management of Jai corp will surely be getting money outside the economy system of india through offshore companies or through some projects. The big role of black money. Why should not take legal action on this deal when retailers are also there. Why are deals not opened in public for bidding?

Screener is showing Land value in the Balance Sheet as Rs 20-25 crores since the year 2013. I don't know why they didn't update the value of Land. The company's market cap was hovering around ₹4787 crores since 2008. So if the land was Rs 1 lac crore, then based on Efficient Market, the share price would have gone 20X. But it didn't, maybe because of this reason.
