The Reason i like JJK: - It's Unpredictable -It's give fair treatments to heroes and villians(not like other anime where heroes get plot armor) -JJk MC Is less annoying (i truly hate characters like naruto,ichigo) - JJK side characters are even better characters than other anime side character who does nothing but follow main characters like idiots. -In This series Villians are not broken character like naruto villians(just pure evil) -Main Antagonist of jjk is perfect villain who doesn't care about anyone (he is not kurama who will obey humans like a dog). -It just the perfect anime for anyone who doesn't like plot armor.

Right now he can't use World cutting slashes because he need to have arms to perform handsign. Again it's already confirmed sukuna curse energy reserve is even bigger than yuta who has more ce reserve than gojo. Black Flash did it's magic and that's why sukuna created a incomplete domain for a 99 second. You are either a sukuna hater or you don't read manga and try to make a pointless argument.

I like jjk because most shounen talk way too much in between fights, and have way too much filler episodes meanwhile jjk has had very very little and the talking in fights is actually important I also think the power scaling is really good and it feels like the good guys are not constantly winning.

i think another huge factor could also be from the characters' individual popularity. for example, sukuna's design on yuji with the black marks is so recognisable, and the pink hair makes it even more unique. there's filters on tiktok with more than a million uses of people with just his tattoos! and obviously gojo with his white hair and blue eyes and blindfold is extremely recognisable and unique too. we can't forget a very big factor - toji! he's very famous among bodybuilders and is an inspiration for people, specifically men, who want to achieve the same build.

@@Muffin11262 Culling game is WAY better Most people around me also think the same, like shibuya was a war arc and a WHOLE LOT of fighting and killing and I would say it made up like ~95% of the arc only in the starting and the end we got to know something new information and stuff like ik I'm one of those weirdos who likes culling game more but tbf culling game has a lot more and NEW characters to explore, it doesn't lack fighting, it doesn't lack new Information (like big reveals and talking and stuff) which imo shibuya lacked a bit but again it's a war arc but still lol

@@samiyaku4532 I agree. I also actually like culling game a lot. But as it lacked the amount of fighting and all that stuff, it kind of lacked the exciting part compared to Shibuya. And the things became a lot more complicated in culling games which also kinda made it harder to understand what was actually going on in the story. Tho for me, it's kinda hard to choose between the two arcs, it's just that some might consider shibuya to be better bcz of those reasons.

I believe the story is the most detrimental thing in JJK, it is new and fresh, you cannot predict anything, it is perfectly written, it has an infinite amount of stylistic devices and it tells a message in a way never done before. Additionally, Gege loves shonen and he has read a lot of them, he used this as a inspiration and he improved all of the flaws previous shonens had which put it all together

It definitely deserves the hype it has It's not like your regular battle shounen where the heroes are able to save the day every time and it gives the harsh taste of reality which you've already seen in the Shibuya Incident arc. It's probably the first mainstream battle shounen anime after Hunter x Hunter taking a rather twisted and dark path as the story progresses Moreover this story setup shows an unique character development in the main protagonist which is paying off in the most satisfying way for us fans in the recent chapters Jujutsu Kaisen is like, "Nah I'd be more popular "

My problem with JJK is that their power system is so convoluted. It's hard to gauge the power level of the characters, all I know is Satoru Gojo is the strongest that's it. My basic understanding is that curses come from negative emotions, and the more concentrated the negative emotions, the stronger the curse, but anything beyond that is just confusing.

I totally get that. I kind of see it like ki or chakra. Cursed energy just serves as a baseline power source that can branch out into several different curse techniques. It just varies on both the users skill and natural talent. But I also try not to think too hard about it lol.

In JJK, the winner just pulls out a power in the last minute out of nowhere and hence they win. But yeah, I'll try not to think too hard and just enjoy the high quality animation of the show.

Love JJK but HATE Gege 😂 I will forgive Gege only when he clears up whether Nobara is alive or dead. It's so unclear (at least to me). And even so I will always be annoyed by his choice of how he wrote Gojo's death. I think it was poorly done. It was offscreen when the previous chapter ended with "Gojo wins!". Then wtf he's in the afterlife? I hope he was just dreaming and can regenerate and heal and come back even if he doesn't fight Sukuna again. It was a slap to the face, tbh, jumping from "Gojo wins" to "nah, he's dead. Sukuna wins." Wtf.

I think planning a relatively short run helped alot but gege just is so good at drawing action that combined with good animators its unreal. He's also great at making people seem to enjoy fighting. gojo, sakuna. mahito and todo just love the fight and its conveyed so well. You have the MC who is more like nanami and doesnt seem to enjoy it at all. it seems like the stronger you are the more you enjoy fights and these guys come off as almost orgasmic when fighting someone strong. I think the love of the fight is where it sets itself apart. but anyone that watches the maharaga fight and doesn't like it is clearly a curse.

I wasn’t a fan of anime in general, but I couldn’t avoid jjk or the spoilers. I ended up giving in and watched jjk and all I have to say is it’s truly an amazing anime. The plot is great, the chapters as mentioned are well written and easy to relate to. I haven’t been this hooked to a cartoon/anime since gravity falls. Gege deserves all this success and praise.

I preferred the first season of JJK because there was more breathing room, and I felt we actually got the time to know characters like Junpei, Nanami, and Todou. Hidden Inventory kept up the pace in terms of character development, and it's my favorite arc so far, but then Shibuya fumbles by killing off so many characters I didn't feel emotionally attached to. Only Nanami's death really hit me because he was built up well in the first season.
