The item I miss the most is Timeworn Frost Queen's Claim which used to have those Icy ghosts verifying if the enemy jg was around or slowing the enemy mid for us to get the kill

nice vid! ekko's playstyle suites the jungle more to be fair. its more fun to play him there than mid. in midlane the mages play safe, and the fighters/assasins all beat him early with few notable exceptions.

Truly awesome video, I remember that I play ekko in 2017 and the memories came back of how much strong ekko was. My prime with ekko was in 2019 which I reach diamond and 65% of wr in 173 games. Now, ekko mid is not much rentable but is still a strong option against picks like zed or assasins like talon o katarina

The problem with reworking ap items is that that will also make Sylas, Kassadin and Katarina better so idk how much better it would make Ekko... also can we talk about how Katarina gets to just build AD and still oneshot people? While also still being able to build AP if she wants??

Happy to see you uploaded. Honestly, my problem is the game. I literally started to enjoy the game much less starting from the item rework in s11. Then with the durability patch, the game just got even worse. Carry potential is nonexistent and the logic of game literally broke, scaling isn´t the same nothing is the same. Since then i can´t enjoy the game, even though i really want to. What do you think? I feel like you think the same way.

I wish you explained more on why he's bad at mid lane. All I got was that he's good in jungle now, so more people play him jungle. Are there other midlaners who do his job better? Are his matchups that much worse than other midlaners? I feel clickbaited.

The only way ekko getting back to high elo meta is changing his w, with all the new champs with all the million dashes the W servers as a zoning tool and a shield and very easy dodgeable. IMO riot could reduce the w range and make that any ally enters makes the enemy inside stun. I think ekko needs hybrid dmg like some ad or some true damage like what the skin literally says so he could customise his itemization for his meta and will be hard to itemize against ekko as well, TBH the build became stale the only fun part is the mejais, but even tho the stale items have gold efficiency they still need some snowball advantage to maximize damage in a state where new champs are way overturned to get out of the lvl, gold disadvantage by just getting a few kills
